📋 How to read your vial label:
Concentration = the mg/mL number printed on the vial (e.g., "15 mg/mL"). Put this in Step 1.
Dose = the mg amount your provider told you to inject each week. Put this in Step 2.

Quick Reference — Units by Concentration
How many units to draw for common doses at common concentrations.
| Drug | Conc. | 0.25 mg | 0.5 mg | 1 mg | 2.5 mg | 5 mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sema | 2.5 mg/mL | 10 u | 20 u | 40 u | 100 u | — |
| Sema | 5 mg/mL | 5 u | 10 u | 20 u | 50 u | 100 u |
| Sema | 10 mg/mL | 2.5 u | 5 u | 10 u | 25 u | 50 u |
| Tirz | 5 mg/mL | 5 u | 10 u | 20 u | 50 u | 100 u |
| Tirz | 10 mg/mL | 2.5 u | 5 u | 10 u | 25 u | 50 u |
| Tirz | 15 mg/mL | 1.7 u | 3.3 u | 6.7 u | 16.7 u | 33.3 u |
💡 Formula: Units = (Dose mg ÷ Concentration mg/mL) × 100. A U-100 syringe has 100 units per mL.
🔬 Microdose Calculator
Microdosing uses smaller, sometimes more frequent injections to reduce side effects, ease into medication, or stretch a vial. Enter your vial info and desired microdose to get your exact draw amount and supply estimate.
Common sema:
What is microdosing GLP-1?
Microdosing involves injecting smaller amounts than the standard titration protocol — sometimes more frequently. People use it to:
🌊 Reduce side effects — nausea, fatigue, and GI issues are often dose-dependent. A smaller dose may give most of the appetite suppression with fewer side effects.
💉 Stretch a vial — if you have a 4mg sema vial and want to use it over 6+ weeks instead of 4, microdosing makes that math work.
🎯 Find your minimum effective dose — some people maintain excellent results at doses far below the maximum. Microdosing helps dial in the lowest dose that still works.
📉 Ease on or off medication — gradual ramp-up or taper instead of jumping straight to the starting dose.
📅 Titration Schedule Generator
Enter your first injection date to get your personalized week-by-week dose escalation calendar. Doses increase every 4 weeks as your body adapts. Shows your current phase automatically.
Semaglutide5 phases · up to 2.4 mg
Tirzepatide6 phases · up to 15 mg
🔒 Maintain My Dose Calculator
Feeling good and don't want to go up? You can stay at any dose that's working. This calculator figures out exactly how much to draw when your vial doesn't match your dose — whether you got a higher-dose vial from your provider or switched pharmacies.
